Brief Role Description:

Narayana One Health is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves setting up primary and secondary care services that are easily accessible to patients and are supported by hyper-responsive processes built to keep patient needs and satisfaction at the center of focus. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between care offerings of a hospital and patient’s everyday healthcare needs and provide patients access to a continuum of care tailored to their own specific healthcare needs.

Narayana One Health is looking for a Senior Marketing/Manager in Bangalore, India. This role will support Category Managers, Business, and other stakeholders towards any customer outreach and engagement requirements for specific categories/projects.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth by supporting launches, brand initiatives, and run rate/BAU activities for specific categories/projects and play an essential coordination role between Category teams, Agencies, COE experts, Business Analysts, and external vendors.

The role involves working closely with Category teams to arrive at campaign calendars and Marketing/communication requirements contributing to the success of the category. The role will also have to brainstorm on innovative/optimized solutions for Clinic success while enhancing the engagement with the Clinicians. The role will also collaborate with the Brand /Marketing COE Teams to define and design an impactful content, Media, event, PR, and social strategy and execution plan to support the category requirements. The incumbent will be working closely with a business analyst to align Marketing with Sales goals and analyse data and metrics to drive innovation and efficiency. The role requires an innovative and experimental approach with blue-sky thinking, to drive business growth through differentiated and optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Category team(s) in planning an impactful marketing campaign across several media and communication channels, to drive business growth targeting employees, Clinicians, and Consumers.
  • Work closely with Brand COE/ Content, event, and media specialists (in-house and external) to define an execution plan with metrics.
  • Motivate and urge Brand COE and Agencies to think creatively and efficiently in the defined timelines.
  • Leverage data/analytics to drive optimization, higher ROI, and accountability for marketing spend.
  • Drive internal awareness and excitement towards category and marketing initiatives.
  • Innovate and experiment with Category/ Brand COE teams to get the best for the business while driving high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate should be/have a/an

  • 7-10 years of marketing campaign experience (budget, concept, planning, execution, integration, reporting)
  • Have a keen sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail.
  • Collaborative with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mentality.
  • Should be agile, innovative, and open to an ever-evolving environment.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to think from the customer’s point of view and need.
  • Proven expertise in marketing campaign management and technologies, how to tailor activations to your audiences, and what approaches work best to meet specific marketing or business goals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of integrity.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Required Language: Fluent written and spoken English, Kannada, Hindi, and other Indian languages are a plus.
  • Some national travel may be required.
  • Preferred Education: MBA from Tier 1, with a strong background in Marketing, preferably media marketing.
