Patients who live in the vicinity of NH clinics are eligible to buy the Plan. The Plans can be bought via the NH Care App, website, or in the nearby Narayana One Health clinic.
One Health Member Plans are valid for one year and three months (depending on the Plan brought) from the date of purchase, irrespective of when family members were added to the Plan.
Trial Plan is valid for 3 months and upon the expiry of the Plan, users can upgrade to a 1-year Plan. Trial Plan can be bought only once.
Yes, family members can be added to the Plan using our NH Care App, website or at the Narayana One Health clinic. Please note that once a family member is added to the Plan, their membership is not transferable.
We believe Family Physician plays a vital role in ensuring continuity of care. We have restricted the swapping or changing of family members during the program year to achieve our objective.
No. A Family Physician and a Care Coordinator will be assigned to every member based on the PIN Code provided at the time of purchase. The Family Physician will be available for video consultations and physical consultations at the clinic closest to the residence PIN Code provided by the primary member.
Members get unlimited free consultations with the Family Physician allocated at the time of purchasing the Plan. The member will also get a 15% discount on consultation with other specialist doctors across the network. The discount is available on both video and in-person consultations.
The Care Concierge will act as a single point of contact to help members streamline their healthcare journey across the NH network.
Members get unlimited free consultations with the Family Physician allocated at the time of purchasing the Plan. The member will also get a 15% discount on consultation with other specialist doctors across the network. The discount is available on both video and in-person consultations.
Yes. Members will get a flat 20% discount on medicines. Medicines that are sold at an already discounted price are not covered under this Plan.
Members will get a 45% discount on all lab tests that are done for OPD treatment. Bundled lab test services, also known as ‘packages’ or ‘profiles’ are not covered under this. Specific diagnostic services which are performed for the purpose of diagnosis are only covered, namely ECG, USG, ECHO, TMT, CT, MRI, PFT and Holter.
Members will get a 20% discount on health packages costing more than Rs 2500. Special marketing packages are not eligible for discounts.
Members get a 10% discount on physiotherapy and dialysis.
Members get a 5% discount on selected dermatology procedures only in our clinics.
Members would not be charged for doorstep services; however, service is only available in certain serviceable areas. Serviceable areas are defined as areas that are located within 5-7 kilometres of our clinic.
Members will be issued One Health Credits against eligible out-patient transactions which can be redeemed in future transactions. One Health Credits will not be issued for in-patient and day care admissions. One Health Credits can be redeemed against eligible future transactions.
One Health Credit is calculated at 5% of the net amount paid by the customer after deducting discounts, taxes and redeemed One Health Credits, as may be applicable.
One Health Wallet is a digital wallet that One Health Program Members can use to make transactions at NH hospitals, clinics and on the NH Care app and website.
No. The One Health Wallet is only available to members of the One Health Program.
No. You cannot add money to the One Health Wallet. The One Health Wallet will be credited only by One Health Credits issued against valid and applicable transactions in the NH ecosystem.
Members will be issued One Health Credits against eligible out-patient transactions which can be redeemed in future transactions. One Health Credits will not be issued for in-patient and day care admissions. One Health Credits can be redeemed against eligible future transactions.
The value of the One Health Credits will be as communicated from time to time. Currently, 1 One Health Credit = 1 Indian Rupee

Yes. You can check the balance in your One Health Wallet by logging into your NH Care app or the website.
No. You cannot transfer One Health Credits in your One Health Wallet.
